The following activities require proof of full vaccination status and are available for the visiting student only, if available on this date: attending a class, meeting with a professor, and dining on-campus. Additionally, for these activities, we ask that you wear an N95 mask and we will provide this high quality mask for each visiting student upon arrival.

If you are interested in any of these activities and are willing to share an uploaded image of your vaccination card with us, be sure to check "Yes" below. We will work to accommodate requests. We ask that 5 days advance notice be given so that we may coordinate your visit, and we must receive your vaccination card image 3 days prior to your visit.

If you have not been fully vaccinated, we look forward to welcoming you for the program as you will still have a comprehensive schedule of activities!

Please note you MUST upload an image of your vaccination card at least 3 days prior to your visit so that proper arrangements can be made. We cannot accommodate activities if a vaccination card is received fewer than 3 days prior to your visit or upon arrival - no exceptions.

The opportunity to upload an image of your vaccination card will be provided on the following page, as well as in follow-up communication. If you have already attended a campus visit and uploaded your card, you will not need to do so again.
