2018 Covenant Application Form

To apply for the Covenant Scholarship, please follow these instructions:
 
1. Complete this Covenant Application Form by January 7 (extended) for notification by April 1.
2.  Complete the general application for admission  by January 7.
3. Submit ONE letter of recommendation from a minister, pastor or youth minister by January 7.
