2021 Music Scholarship Application Form

Please follow these instructions:

Applicants should perform ten minutes of concert music (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and/or Twentieth/Twenty-First Century) or jazz in at least two contrasting styles selected from the Class A Solo Repertoire List (or its equivalent) from your state. Selections should be chosen to demonstrate technical facility as well as expression and tone quality. Singers should perform in English and at least one world language other than English and may include one song from a musical. Memorization and performance with piano accompaniment is required for singers. (Piano accompaniment may be live or recorded.) Applicants may audition on only one instrument or voice. Percussionists must audition on at least two contrasting instruments.

1. Complete the application for admission and the Music Scholarship Application Form by January 10, 2021. 

2. Submit ONE or TWO letters of recommendation (teachers / instructors in the respected field) by January 10, 2021. 

3. Please submit a video link (YouTube preferred) of your audition selections (and PDF score, if applicable) to Melissa Puster, mpuster@wooster.edu by January 15, 2021.

Recipients will be notified by April 1, 2021
