2018 College Scholar Application Form

To apply for the College Scholar Award, please follow these instructions:

1. Complete this College Scholar Application Form by January 7 (extended) for notification by April 1.
2.  Complete the general application for admission  by January 7. 
3. Schedule an interview with an admissions or alumni representative by  January 15.  Ideally, interviews should be conducted on-campus; however, interviews via phone or Skype are possible if a visit to campus is not feasible.  Special note: any interview that occurred prior to your application fulfills the College Scholar Award requirement; no additional interview is needed. 
  
Specifics
The Admissions & Scholarship Committees will consider your short-answer responses, overall academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, leadership, and personal merit. Scholarship designations will be made by a combination of these evaluations.

Please note: International students are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
