Overnight Visit Contract

We look forward to having you as an overnight guest at The College of Wooster! Overnight visits are a great opportunity to experience campus life at Wooster and discover if Wooster is a “good fit” for you. Make the most of your time on campus --- explore the many academic, social, and residential options that Wooster offers. Ask questions, look around, and don’t be shy. If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to contact the Admissions Office during your stay!

To ensure the best overnight experience possible please keep the following in mind:

    • Have fun and get to know different students on campus!
    • By registering for an overnight experience, I affirm that I am free of respiratory illness symptoms.
    • The College of Wooster offers several housing options on campus including residence halls and program houses in which you will stay with your host.
    • Your host may have some classwork commitments while you are here. You may want to bring a book or some of your own homework just in case.
    • We try to match overnight hosts and prospective students based on common interests. Even if you’re not perfectly matched, feel free to ask questions and look for common interests.

Items to bring for your overnight:

    • Sleeping Bag and Pillow (some students pack an extra blanket or yoga mat for extra cushioning as you may sleep on the floor)
    • Clothes suitable for Northeast Ohio weather
    • Toiletries and Towel
    • Small amount of spending money (up to 3 meals will be provided during your stay)

Please take a few minutes to review the following visitation policy. If you have any questions about this policy or anything else, please contact the Admissions Office at 330-263-2322.

The Visitation Policy must be signed and submitted to the Admissions Office 24 hours before your scheduled overnight. The student will not be allowed to overnight without this form.
