These visit programs designed exclusively for admitted students provide a two-day, in-depth experience of Wooster’s distinctive features. Enjoy tours of campus, time with current students, and the chance to interact with faculty and staff from a variety of offices across campus. Families can look forward to sessions designed specifically for them, including hearing directly from faculty, students, and other campus leaders.

We hope all students will plan to attend dinner in Lowry Center. In addition, this program highlights the close-knit community on campus. Hosted evening activities will be available. Past events have included performances from student groups, quiz shows, games hosted by student organizations, snacks, and much more.

Overnight on Campus

Students who are traveling unaccompanied to campus should select the option below so that we may process your request. Because space is limited, overnight visits are for students traveling unaccompanied only. Please note that you may be sleeping on the floor in your assigned host's room. Shuttle

Are you traveling alone to campus and would like to schedule a campus shuttle from the Cleveland airport?

Yes

After selecting Yes, we will follow up with a link to the form to schedule your shuttle. This form must be completed and confirmation sent to you to ensure a shuttle has indeed been reserved.

Some tips when scheduling your flights:

Day 1 arrival (Sunday or Thursday): Shuttles will depart from CLE at both 12:00PM and 3:00 PM EST.
*Please ensure that your flight arrives prior to 2:45 PM EST on Sunday.

Day 2 departure (Monday or Friday): Shuttles will depart from Wooster at 1:00 PM EST
*No flight should depart earlier than 3:45 PM EST.

*To allocate enough time for you to catch your flight, we recommend that you give yourself at least 2.75 hours between leaving campus and your flight departure time. Shuttle driving time is typically one hour to/from the CLE airport.
